【03-5-V1】 Liquefaction demo test of coagulated Beef tallow


After grilling the beef, the remaining beef oil passed from transparent liquid to whit solid state at room temperature.
This coagulated oil called 'beef tallow'. This beef oil is accumulated in the blood vessels of the body in the form of cholesterol and triglyceride, preventing blood flow and causing various adult diseases.
This demo shows that if we put COMPOUND-P in a white coagulated beef tallow, it melts into COMPOUND-P and becomes transparent and liquefied, making it easier to release.
